BY USING MY WORK AND COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE.
GENERAL.
● All commissions must be properly credited VISIBLY on any social platforms used. (Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, etc).
● All commissions are for personal, non-commercial and nonprofit use only (Unless it's for Live2D Models or indicated otherwise)
● The work is only used for it's intended use only, I do not allow for it to be used for NFT, Cryptocurrency or AI usage.
● All commissions are delivered digitally ONLY.
● You may NOT edit my works.
● All commissions will follow stages (Through the course of 3 months - may take longer and will be communicated.)
Sketch ➜ Outline ➜ Coloring ➜ Shading ➜ Completion
● Refunds are NOT allowed once work has begun and payment received.
● All commissions must have a clear reference sheet with colors, references, and designs.
● All designs must be made during the Sketch phase. Any addition to designs post outline phase will result in a charge depending on the magnitude of the change.
●I have the right to post work in progresses on my social media unless discussed otherwise. (NDA's' will incur a +20% fee)
● All rights of the commission and work are retained by me
● I have the right to decline any commission or cancel any commission order prior to any payment made.
PAYMENT
● All commission payment are made through PayPal Invoice ONLY.
● All commission payments are made in USD and FULL upfront. Payment plan can be considered on case by case basis and exceptions may be made.FOR VTUBER MODELS ONLY:
NOTE: To secure a commission slot on my waitlist, a 50% upfront deposit is required. This will cover the cost of the sketch phase. Deposits are non-refundable. If a commission is canceled after work has started, no refund will be issued for the deposit.
• VTuber Model commissions are to be paid by stages
o 50% Startup
o 25% during the outlining phase
o 25% post commission
Payment:
• All Payments are made in USD through PayPal.Final payment is required before the completed artwork is delivered.Start dates and timelines are estimates. Work may begin earlier or later than the estimated start window depending on schedule and workload.
