Yina's Terms of Service
BY USING MY WORK OR COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE.1) All commissions must be properly credited
2) All commissions are for personal, non-commercial and nonprofit use only (Unless it's for Live2D Models)
3) The work is only used for it's intended use only, I do not allow for it to be used for NFTs.
4) All commissions are delivered digitally
5) All commissions are through PayPal ONLY
6) All commission payments are made in USD
7) All commissions will follow stages (Through the course of 3 months - may take longer and will be communicated)
a) Sketch -> Outline -> Coloring -> Shading -> Completion
8) Refunds will depend on the stage of the commission
a) 100% refund if the commission has not started (1-2 days after commission date)
b) 70% refund pre-outline phase
c) 60% refund pre-coloring
d) 40% refund pre shading
e) 15% refund mid shading
f) 0% refund when the work is complete
9) All commissions must have a clear reference sheet with colors, references, and designs.
Anything that I design will result in an additional $80 dollar charge
10) All designs must be made during the Sketch phase
a) Any addition to designs post outline phase will result in a charge depending on the magnitude of the change.
11) I have the right to post work in progresses on my social media unless discussed otherwise. (NDA's' will incur a +20% fee)
11) All rights of the commission and work are retained by me
12) I have the right to decline a commission or cancel any commission order
PAYMENT• All Payments are made in USD
• When making a payment, please choose the friends/family option
• Commissions are paid 50% upfront. 50% when completed.
Payments for VTuber Models Only
• All commissions are to be paid by stages
o 50% Startup
o 25% during the outlining phase
o 25% post commission

- Payments are made in USD
- When making payment, please choose the friends/family option
- Before beginning the commission order, you will need to pay half the amount of the commission cost upfront. Second half will be paid once the commission is completed. (Only for VTuber models)
- Full amount of the commission cost upfront before I begin working on your order.
